Hi Team, I have look try adjusting chart settings and various settings such as the topic "Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data" support page. However, I am still missing many data from times and sales and bid ask volume from interactive brokers data feed to sierra. Could the reason be Interactive brokers does not support such data feed to sierra charts? which is mentioned in the support page below? ( I don't see interactive brokers being shown as bid ask volume provider below) Tick by Tick Data Configuration Regards, Calvin |

Yes there is no support for historical tick by tick data from Interactive Brokers in Sierra Chart. The real-time data received will be tick by tick from TWS, at least we think so.
