Hi, I got the trial version installed couple days back and have been using the software to track the volume and delta for spy, I had the numbers bars and Numbers Bars calculated values all set up to my needs, but I noticed the data was delayed, so this morning I paid and activated Denali exchange data feed, Nasdaq total view data and US equities consolidated tape exchange, and now all the data I had charted using the trial account is not reading. The candles are moving in real time, but the volume data and delta etc I had charted is all displaying 0. Please see the attached screen shot. I have the 10- Integrated standard 36/month Active Service: 10 - Integrated Standard - Active until: 2024-09-05 23:59:59 UTC Description of MBO. all of those have been activated and signed and they all display the "green tick" AS per this document the calculated values should work.
