Hello, Numerous futures contracts aren't updating and are showing old price data from yesterday. I've used Sierrachart for years and haven't had any issues with rollover so it cannot be my settings. I have tried different chartbooks and still not working. I have tried re-downloading data, no luck. Many futures assets are frozen. What is going on? |

We are not having any issues with the rollovers that have occurred today. Please give us one symbol and an image of the chart for that symbol and explain the problem you are having with that chart. Hi John, I just fixed the issue- I was ported to DS13.sierracharts.com. Removed it and restarted. All working.
