Can Sierra disable opening orders from the Web Based Trading Panel and only allow closing of orders? If it's not possible, please disable all of the web based trading panel. Thank you.

We can add an option to prevent order entry. But this would be right on the web-based trading panel itself. The state of it can be easily changed.
