Missing Trade Date and erroneous Cumulative profit data on Trade Activity Report

I have recently had an issue with data on my account in regard to trades placed recently on 2024-06-13 trading MESM4.CME through trade account identifier BX-M37157060641.

The problems started from the following point, through until the end of the trading session on that day:

From this point forward I can see there were problems with Rithmic Paper Trading server. Specifically, I was receiving erroneous trade data shown in the cumulative profit loss.

There also seems to be missing trade entry times and trade exit times for certain trades.

I have queried these issues with Bulenox directly, but they do not seem to acknowledge that the Rithmic Server issues have caused any issue.

Are you able to review to give SC position on this please.
