Dear Sir
Since the NVDA Stock was split last week, the 5 min chart of
NVDA is not working since June 7th.
Rest of the Stock symbols are working fine.
I'll greatly appreciate your help in restoring the same.
I'm sending the Log Analysis for your kind perusal.
hoping to hear from you ASAP.
Thanks.
Robin.

Did you fully re-download the data?:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.

Dear Sir
I have a couple of questions, I'll greatly appreciate if you can help me with it.

1) Study settings PIVOT POINTS DAILY.
All the Pivot Points Lines including Support and Resistance are displayed on the Chart except for

PP HIGH (SG14)and
PP LOW (SG15)
How to display the above lines on the Chart.?

2) Is it possible to split the Chart to view 2 Time Frames simultaneously.?
Thanks for your quick response as usual.
Robin.

The Pivot Point High/Low subgraphs only apply to Formula 28. Refer to the following:

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your quick response.
I understand that the PP high/low lines have to be drawn manually.
I really appreciate for taking the time to provide me with the Pivot Formula details.
Thank you very much.
Robin.
