Today I had to rollover data but 1 Hour and Daily Historical chart gapped up after the rollover. Do you know how to fix that?

You are not using a "Back Adjusted" Continuous Futures Contract Chart type. Therefore, what you are seeing is correct. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Understanding Back Adjusted Price Data and Comparisons For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This is very complicated. I can get it to adjust the price correctly. Is there an instruction video that explain how to work? The price chart for the new contract still gapping up significantly versus the real market price.

Amelyn: The original poster absolutely does NOT have their charts setup as back-adjusted. This can be seen in the image for their chart, as they have the indicator [C], which means the chart is setup as a "Date Based Rollover" with no back-adjustment. If you are having a problem and you are definitely using a back-adjusted rollover option, then update your symbol settings and then redownload the data in the chart by following these instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Regarding post #3, just accept the price difference from one contract month to the next. Our recommendation is not to back adjust data. Do not back adjust data, if you do understand the consequence of it.
