After activating the new Denali Exchange Data Feed CBOE Global Indexes, is it necessary for us to go into our accounts to deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges and/or activate any other feeds?

No you do not have to deactivate any CME exchanges if you still require real-time data for those and we would assume yes. Nothing else to activate.
