No. You can just work with the existing data you already have and do development without a paid service package. If you have any issues let us know. Im creating automated trading using spreadsheet, I need data from DOM but unfortunately only one price level shown in the spreadsheet and the volume=1. What should I do to show more data (volume per price level) in the Bid/Ask volume?

What is the symbol you are working with? FOREX, CFD, and U.S. Equities data will not have any Market Depth data (U.S. Equities can, but must be paid for, which requires a paid package). You should be using a symbol from either the CME Group or EUREX in order to get the Market Depth data. I have an automated trading via spreadsheets so that I can leave my computer without monitoring to it, but unfortunately when I go back to the computer to check if there are filled orders there is a message like this "socket close". https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1718936032303.png Is there any settings to remove this problem? That "Socket Closed" message is normal and does not indicate an issue. Make sure your computer is not going to sleep or hibernate mode while you are away. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
