I can configure a bracket order to enter the market with a 2 lot limit order, common stop and two different targets. Is it possible to also move the common stop to 1 point (4 ticks) less than break even if the market moves 4 points in my favor?

Use the "Move to Breakeven" option on the Attached Orders tab for the Stop. You can set it to occur with an "Offset in Ticks Triggered", and you can set a Breakeven Offset along with the trigger offset.
