How do I setup intraday data for the ASX, FTSE or Hang Seng indexes? I have tried connecting to interactive brokers through SierraChart yet it only displays a very small amount of data (1-2 weeks max), I need at least 12 months of intraday data please.

The instructions referenced are for Intraday data. "Historical" in this context means any data prior to the current time.
