as per your recommendation, I will change from IQ to your FX provider. Can this be done by just going to data trad settings and picking from the dropdown? If yes, which one is Sierra Charts?

Yes you just select it from the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Services list. It is named "SC Forex Data (FXCM)".
