To begin with, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, as this is necessary in order to be able to connect to trading and data services. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages The instructions to setup a package are at the following link: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions Most Prop Firms use Rithmic for their order routing. If this is the case for the one you will use, then follow the instructions at the following link to connect: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you are going to use the data from Rithmic, then this is all you need to do. If you are going to use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to first understand that to get real-time data at the non-professional exchange fees for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded futures trading account. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have an account that qualifies for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Once you have the above worked out, then you can setup the real-time data for the CME Group from us by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
