I am trying to load charts with only 20 days, but when I open a new symbol it proceeds to load a year's worth (!!) of data and takes awhile. How can I fix this issue? I have attached a photo of my settings.

I have attached a GIF documenting the issue. I have it set to 10 days on a 5m chart and it proceeds to download data from 2023.

Data/Trade Service Settings: 1-Tick Data (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download) Set the above to a lower number, does that help? |

It did not work.. I did another capture. Every time I want to change to a new symbol this issue occurs. Frustrating when you are a daytrader!

The setting referenced previously is the one that controls how much data is initially downloaded for a symbol that has not had data previously downloaded. What are these settings - "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download" set to?
