I am having an issue that is causing time periods to be displayed multiple time, specifically around the close. For examples, on a 30 minute chart it will go 12:30, 14:00, 12:30, 14:00 and then continues as normal. (Im on Alaska time so the markets close at 12:59)

I have deleted and downloaded the data multiple times and it clears it up until the following day close.

Attached is a 20 minute CL chart, you will see a time range highlight on the chart with a Start time of 14:00:00 and End time of 04:59:59.

Can you please blow up that area of the chart so we can see the times at the bottom of the chart for each bar and get us another image.

If there is any duplicate data, just simply re-download the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.

Here is a blown up image. I have been deleting and downloading the data, it's just weird how all of a sudden after the start of this month it has been happening every single session.

We are not quite understanding the full scenario.

We understand this this shows up, and you delete and redownload the data and everything looks good. Then when does it show up again? And is it showing at the same day/time each time, or is it showing up with each new day?

Is this always at the same time every day?

What is the symbol for the chart? Is this only with this particular symbol, or do you see this with multiple charts/symbols?

It is occurring at various times of the day, but mostly around the exchange close and open of each new day. Happening across all symbols.

Not sure if this helps but I was recently using all volume based bars and recently switched back to all time based and that's when I really began noticing the issue.

I have opened a completely new chart book with new charts (of the same symbol) and reverted the chart settings back to default. Will check back tomorrow to see if the issue persist.

It looks like the culprit is my rollover settings, currently the continuous contract setting is set to "volume based rollover, back adjusted" when I change it to "none" it fixes all of the duplicated data.

Is this fixable?

We do not see how there can be duplicate data. At the time you notice this we need to see an image of the chart:
