Problem with Trading Chart DOM

I have a problem with Trading Chart DOM. When I turn it on the feature in the graph appears to me, but I do not see any data on the volume of the securities of each. So ASK / BID are empty. Can you help with this problem. Thank you.

You need to add columns to the chart DOM which include Bid Size and Ask Size .
