hello, since almost 10 days i coudnt coonect to my Apex rithmic account which i usually hvant any problem since i started to use Teton. and this happens when i renewed my monthly subscription for CME reel data feed. I contacted Apex and they told me its sieera chart problem for them everything is connected pefectly. Look their email reponse in printscreen and the the issues i have also attached here. i thank so much for resolving. sincerly Muss |

You need to update your Sierra Chart to the latest release. There were some changes from Rithmic that require that you are on the latest release. That should resolve it, but let us know if you continue to have an issue and what it is.
