We are not seeing any issue at this time. Please select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" for this chart and then see if everything is correct. Note that the data prior to 6/10 will be at the pre-split price and for 6/10 on will be the post-split price, so you will see a discontinuity at the transition to 6/10.

As I had mentioned earlier, Deleting Data and Redownload did not help. I did it again ("Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" ) , in vain. Reset scale/Automatic/Constant Range doesnt help. The only $NVDA chart that displays the price bars and correct prices, both pre-split & post-split are the historical Daily charts, but none of the intra-day charts. No data shown for 6/10 , like shown in attached screenshots. Same issue for both $NVDA and $NVDA_MBO.

If you open a brand new chart for NVDA are you able to view the data?

We do not know why your other chart would have an issue, but there is something going on with it. Perhaps a study that does not like the discontinuity in the data.

The only thing we can suggest is to rebuild the chart using the new one you opened and move forward from there.

Hi, I was able to fix the intraday chart issue with $NVDA, by limiting the "Days to load for Intraday Chart" to 1. All is fine now. Like you indicated, perhaps the discontinuity in data and the huge price shift, that threw the intraday charts off. I will gradually increase the days to load..for $NVDA.

All other tickers with months of intraday data continue to work fine.

The NVDA data will be adjusted at 9 PM tonight. It happens automatically.

At that time fully re-download the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
