ES and NQ chart not updating

Hi I just activated my live data account and i have this issue. I see other people having similar but not sure if exactly the same. My ES and NQ charts do not update. The only thing moving is the price on the right side. My CL chart is updating fine. So i duplicated the CL to the ES and changed the symbol and i stil do not get the data. If i Reconnect i do get the updates but nothing else after that. The only live data that i get for ES and NQ is the price on the right side. However for CL everything looks fine. The symbols are NQM24_FUT_CME and ESM24_FUT_CME Any idea? |

Forgot to mention that DOM for ES and NQ is updating.

For some reason Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds' Not Enabled was disabled. This can be closed. |
