I have order routing through Teton order routing and would like Sierra to place a Daily Limit loss on my account. I know this can be done in Global Profit/Loss Management but that can be disabled and I would like Sierra to place one for me that it can't be disabled. My broker won't place one for me.

This is not something we have any control over. Only the brokers can do this for you. If they say they will not do it, then that is their choice.

You are able to control this with Teton order routing but not as a percentage but a fixed amount: I have Teton order routing and would like Sierra Chart to place a 20% limit loss on my accounts.

I've asked several times about a limit loss that I could set that I couldn't disable and am wondering why I was never told about the Server Side Profit/Loss Management function that cannot be disabled by the user. I just found out about recently when I came across the video on it. I have been asking if this functionality exists for a long time and was told only my broker can do this for me. Why is there no explanation on the Sierra Chart Website about this functionality?

Hi, I am using Teton order routing with AMP futures and recently set up a max loss in the Teton risk management feature within Sierra charts but it does not work.

This feature is available for the brokers that support the Teton Order Routing, but not all use it. AMP, in particular, is not using it. You need to ask AMP to support this feature.

That is correct. They have decided to not use it for some reason.
