Having trouble with Crosshair Values

I am having trouble using crosshair values. For example, when my chart crosshair is on 2024-01-16, it will instead show the values for the last column on the right side.

It looks like the horizontal line is not enabled. Check the settings in Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values.

Is this just the one chart on which you have the problem, or is it on all charts?

We are not seeing any issue with the chartbook. Please also get us your 'Sierra4.config' file. It is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder. Follow these instructions to get us the file:

We are not able to see any issues with the crosshairs.

If you do not open the Chartbook you are using and instead open a new chart, do you have the same problem?
