unable to merge TPO profiles

Hi, i can't right click and merge TPO profiles. Occasionally it will allow me to merge with prior profile but never with "merge with next profile"

What's up with that? I have read through several other support discussions. I am running the current system 2644. I have also set "number of custom intraday sessions" to 0. Still does not work.

Are you not getting the option to show in the right-click options, or is it just grayed out?

If grayed out, then are you trying to merge the last profile in the chart, therefore there is not a "Next Profile" to merge with? This is the only reason the option should not be available.

I am getting the option to select but when I do nothing happens. It is not grayed out. I am also trying to merge past profiles not the current one.

Please get us an image of the chart prior to attempting the merge and then an image after attempting the merge. Even if they appear to be exactly the same please get us both images by following these instructions:

Unfortunately there is nothing in the log that gives us any information.

Please get us the chartbook that contains that chart. We need the entire chartbook as we think there may be a dependency on another chart that might be involved. Please let us know the chart number that shows this issue and follow these instructions to get us your chartbook:

Your Session Times are not correct, so this is causing an issue with the merging. In particular, your "Session Time End" and your "Evening Session Time Start" are set to the same value. The "Session Time End" needs to be 1 second before the "Evening Session Time Start".

For instance, if your "Evening Session Time Start" is "15:00:00", then your "Session Time End" needs to be set to "14:59:59".
