Help with 2 open positions that should be closed

I have 2 open positions that originated from a trade in MGCQ4 yesterday (in a Rithmic Apex account.) These 2 positions should have stopped-out (I was away from computer and the PC went into sleep mode - not sure if this cancelled stop / exit orders / caused the issue) The open positions disappeared from the chart so I assumed they had closed / stopped out. I checked Rithmic and there were no open positions. Also the Trade Position window in SC shows no positions. However when reviewing the Trade activity log today I see there are still open positions - see Chart Stats window. I bought some more MGC this morning to see what would happen. it added the trades to the 2 open opens. I closed these new trades but there appears to be 2 positions still open Using the Trade account Monitor I selected the Apex account and Flattened all Order and Cancelled all positions for the Apex acount. The Chart stats window is still showing open positions but the open quantity is stated as "2 (not accurate)". I have changed and data provider and relogged into rithmic to no affect (see attached pic files) Can you help me resolve / cancel position? Many Thanks Simon |

It sounds like the update to the positions was not sent by Rithmic, or the information may not have been there when you connected again.
