Hello, This is the first time I've renewed my data feeds. I mainly trade US indices as well as gold and oil (futures). I can see that my index feed is correct, but my gold (GC) and oil (CL) feeds are delayed. Can you tell me which feeds I should subscribe to in order to have real-time data? Yours sincerel |

Gold (GC) is traded on the COMEX exchange and Oil (CL) is traded on the NYMEX. You only have the CME exchange active from the CME Group, so you would either need to add these other two exchanges (COMEX and NYMEX) or you would need to add one of the "Full CME Group..." options. Due to how the exchanges work - which is that they renew on a calendar month basis, they are not pro-rated, and they do not give refunds - your best option at the moment would be to activate the additional two exchanges (assuming you want Market Depth data for these symbols): - COMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts Once you have these activated, then select the "Deactivate" button for each. You will continue to get the data through the end of this month. Then on the first of next month, activate the following exchange: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts This will then give you all 4 exchanges for the price of 3 of them individually. If you do not need Market Depth for COMEX or NYMEX, then activate the following and you do not need to do anything else later: - COMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book - NYMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book You can make these changes at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
