The DOM Graph is working fine. The issue is that you are not getting data that includes Market Depth. Therefore, you only get the 1 level. If you want to change your exchange options for the CME Group, then you can do so at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that the exchanges are not pro-rated and renew on a calendar month basis, so any exchange you activate you will pay the full amount for the remaining time in the current month. Also, exchange fees are not refundable, so when you deactivate an exchange, you are only setting it to not renew for the next month - you will still have access to that data through the remainder of the current month.
