How would i go about setting weekly moving averages? 200 week moving av etc

The Moving Average studies use a "Length" which is the number of bars. So you would need to determine how many bars make up the 200 weeks worth of data you want to average.

so using the regular moving average study, how do i set it up to calculate the amount of weeks i want?

You would have to determine how many bars you have. For instance, if you have 1 day bars, then given that there are 5 trading days in a week and you want 200 weeks, you would need to set the Length to 1000 (5 x 200 = 1000).
