Live trading data is not on REAL time data but on simulator mode???

Hi SC engineers, Also, this morning I notice the live trading data seem to have been delayed for 10 minutes, just like the simulator. I did check the Simulator Mode is off WITHOUT the check mark. I also did check the Data/Trade Service Setting, the Clearing Firm AMP Trading is set to AMP Trading is confirmed and then do the "Reconnect". Again, I have been noticing the candles are not updated at the 30th minute of every hour but at the 40th minutes. Please advise what else I can do, thank you! |

SC engineers, I no longer want the Denali - CBOT with Market Depth for non-professional ($12.50 monthly)any more. It didn't do me any good. That's why I DEACTIVATED it and pay for the Service Package 11 only! No more SP 12 and Market Depth data. Did I do anything wrong to activate SP 11? Please assist further asap! Thank you so much. SC engineers, After the recent renewal last week in May, everything was working fine. The MOB services was deactivated n SP11 was all working fine. Why all of a sudden, the real time data is not working n things on delayed data simulator mode? I was sure the simulator was turned off and Teton routing service n AMP services are all intact. Do I need to notify that the MOB service is deactivated also??? Please check and advise the soonest. Thank you so much. |

At this point, you do not have access to Market by Order data on service package 11 which you are using. And you are not receiving any real time CME Group data. You will be receiving only delayed data. You have made it clear that you do not want real-time data when you said this: I no longer want the Denali - CBOT with Market Depth for non-professional ($12.50 monthly)any more.

Wait a minute, am I misunderstanding something? 1. I thought the SP11 would still provide real time data as well? I do need real time data. 2. The MOB service must go hand in hand with SP12? I didn't find the MOB help me much at all in trading n therefore switched to SP11. 3. Or, is it ONLY the SP12 providing the real time data? If that's the case, I will have to go back to SP 12 WITHOUT the MOB. Can I do that? I thought the MOB is an optional extra service. I don't really have to have it. Please clarify further. Thank you. |

Ok, I think I found what I want. Please see the attached image copy on the exchange real time data fees. 1. I don't want the CME MOB(market depth $12.50/mth) but just the Full CME real time data for $5.5/mth. That should simply get me the real time data for live trading and/or simulated trading on live data. 2. I do have a funded trading a/c with AMP Trading currently. The $5.50 monthly should have no issue for the live trading order routed to AMP, right? Please confirm first before I activate the Full CME data plan. Thank you! |
