charts not update automatically

in copper chart not updated automatically. when i disconnect & then after connect then after chart updated but at time chart stop then i go for disconnect & connect process i do then for at time chart updated & again stop. so please resolve the problem. |

We have done testing and we do not see this issue with the Copper symbol.
