I updated my charts to ES from MES and am randomly getting some charts with normal prices ex. 5243.75, and others with ex. 524400.00. I say randomly because I have tried a few times and it's not always the same chart with the large numbers (524400.00).

Please advise on what may be causing this/how to resolve the matter.

Thank you

What is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?

And what is the exact symbol for a chart where you see the issue?

Current Selected Service: Rithmic Direct - DTC

Chart symbol: ESM2024

Thank you

ESM2024 is not a valid symbol for Rithmic. It should be ESM4.CME. Change the symbol to be what is needed for Rithmic and you should have the correct pricing.

Thank you.

Seems to get all the prices to line up but they are in this format - 524400.00.

That doesn't seem right or is that due to a setting I have?

Check the following setting and the one below it, and adjust it as necessary for what you are seeing:
Chart Settings: Real-Time Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

This should be set automatically though and you should not have to adjust it.

Please start a new chart for one of the symbols for which you are having an issue and see if the prices show correctly on that chart. Then make sure to duplicate those Price Multipliers to the other charts.

If you have the same problem with a new chart, then this would imply that your Symbol Settings have been modified for these settings. You would need to check on those as well and make sure to set them back to the default (there is an option for this within the Symbol Settings). Refer to the following:
Global Symbol Settings: Instructions
