Our servers show that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "Interactive Brokers". As such, the symbols in that chartbook are not correct for that service. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in order to update the symbols for the chartbook to what is needed for Interactive Brokers. If you are referring to the zeros in the Numbers Bars, then this is because Interactive Brokers is not supplying the Bid and Ask information for historical data. The solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, which gives you the correct information for historical data.
