SC Realtime Data Feed - No Globex Data

Hello Support Team,

just signed up, paid, am approved and activated (https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SC_RealTime_DataFeed_SetExchanges) for the Sierra Chart Real Time Data Feed. Everything works fine with Eurex, but no data for Globex (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX).
Please advise how to receive data for CME.

Your account is properly set up for the Sierra Chart Real-time Exchange Data Feed and CME.

Restart Sierra Chart. Open a chart for a CME symbol and then provide a copy of the Message Log, by following these instructions:

On waiting 2 hours and using a fresh installation of Sierra Chart now everything works fine.
