Dom order ladder doesnt work for one of my dom

Hi, I have package 5 using the delayed data for sim trading and my dom ladder doesnt work on my DOM (CL crude oil). When i click on the bid or ask to either do a market or limit order nothing shows up as you can see on the attached video. But when i use the dom order ladder on another DOM (ES) the ladder works fine as you can see in the video. |

Hi checked and yes those 2 are in the visible columns list. This afternoon i was able do use the dom ladder for CL, during the RTH session around 3pm EST. Everything worked fine. Then i conected again at 7.30pm EST and the problem is back. Note that Every Time i click on the bid or ask to enter a limit or market order, i can see in the trade order window : «Status: Canceled » |

Edit: it is 21.04 EST and i can make Orders thought the Dom,maybe because i allowed the use of evening session in chart settings==> « session Times »

So is it a case where an order is being submitted but then canceled? See if an order is added to the Trade >> Trade Orders Window when it seems like an order is not submitted. It is not supported to submit a market order through the Chart/Trading DOM. That order type is not supported in that interface. Yes an order is added to the trade order window but the status goes directly to canceled. But note that after like 15min into the globex session I was able to pass my sim orders on the dom. Also, what do you mean by « It is not supported to submit a market order through the Chart/Trading DOM »?
