Hello

After a few succesfull trades, my orders start being rejected. I have two connections/instances one on Teton and the other one on Rithmmic. Only on Rithmic I receive the following messages:


2024-05-27 13:15:33.411 | Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order reject). Info: Rejected at RMS - Firm-wide max order quantity exceeded. Internal Order ID: 265. Service Order ID: 186781390. Symbol: MCLN4.NYMEX. Account: S1May244593707 *
2024-05-27 13:16:46.017 | Rithmic Direct - DTC (Order reject). Info: Rejected at RMS - Firm-wide max order quantity exceeded. Internal Order ID: 266. Service Order ID: 186781391. Symbol: MNQM4.CME. Account: S1May244593707 *

P.S. The issue occured after the first attached order. Now the error occures at any transaction regardless its attached or not.

Yes , my trades have been blocked by the broker. I'm from Europe and I didn't know about the holiday in US. I see now all the charts frozen as the market is closed today due to holiday. I appologise. Have a great Memorial Day!
