Hello,

I have a question why my chart on D1 is incomplete? I am working on minutes and hours intervals and there is no problem with showing full range, which the price has made during previous sessions. However the problem occurs when I switch to D1 chart. You can find the attachment where I show the differences between H4 and D1 chart. Is there a setting which I should check to make it work well or it is a bug and I can't fix it?

Regards,
Rafal

We do not know what you are referring to at all here. What may be clear to you, is not clear to us at all. We just do not know what you are referring to.

And these charts do not meet our specifications. Only post an image of a chart following the exact instructions here:
Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional)

This is not related, but set this to None in the Chart Settings for those charts:
Chart Settings: Continuous Contract (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

Hello,

I have generated an image of 2 charts, to show what is my problem. As mentioned on the image, there are 2 charts of XAUUSD. Left chart TF is H4, right is D1. ATH of XAUUSD is $2450, but my D1 chart shows that ATH is on $2438 level. When I switch D1 chart to any other TF for example H1, M15, H4 etc. it shows the correct ATH. I don't understand why my D1 doesn't show right price action. I hope my problem is much more clear now and you can help me.

We see the issue. This is a FXCM data problem. We will get it corrected this evening.

FXCM is not the most reliable data feed.

Thank you for response.

I would like to kindly ask you, what is the most reliable data feed for following instruments?

XAUUSD - COMEX?

DAX40 - EUREX?

NASDAQ, US30 - CME?

EURUSD, GBPUSD - EUREX?

This problem has now been resolved. The chart data is now consistent and shows the correct high for XAUUSD across all of our servers both Intraday and Daily data. To re-download the data:

Downloading Historical Daily Data: Manual Download Directly from Chart (Daily)

Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart (Intraday)

The most reliable data feed, will be our CME futures data. But it is delayed unless you pay for real-time data:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed
