Hello, I would like to ask you about the following situation. My partner and I were comparing our Footprint charts on GBP, we found a difference in the plot of the two candles from 05/21/2024. There are two 5-minute candles on the same day and at the same time (screen number 1: 8:50 - 8:55 and screen number 2: 7:50 - 7:55 beciuse we have different time zones set). The difference is in the Delta and the size of one of the candles. I want to ask you how is this possible and why is this parent there? We have all the other candles the same, the only difference is between these two candles. PS. We both have separately purchased sierra and data as well. Refer to: Working With Charts: Resolving Differences of Chart Bars Between Charts We want you to both re-download the data from before the chart bar with the difference. There may be some missing data. Refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart There may have been a lost connection and a failed download of the historical data.
