Hello support,
quite often i need to apply a linear price retracement tool to a log scaled chart.
Can you make such feature optionally available?

Why not use the Price Retracement tool on a logarithmic scale?

We do not know what the underlying problem is to begin with.

Because it always scales logarithmically too on a log chart, while i need linear levels.

The problem is that you have two chart scales (log & lin) and only one price retr tool,
which can not be scaled independently.

You see, the same goes for all other drawings too.
They all get distorted on log charts.
Moved lines are not parallel anymore, etc
How on earth can this be possible that
you aren't aware of such major underlying problem?
Do you use your own software in your daytrading or not?

If Sierra Chart does not meet your requirements, we strongly recommend using another program that does.

We cannot help you with this.

All of the chart drawing tools function properly on a logarithmic scale and as designed.

We are not open to further discussion on this.
