I use two charts with two different timing. Lets say 5mn and 30mn.
Let say that the 30mn chart does a new bar at 16h. The bar will be closed at 16h30.
On 30mn chart, between 16h and 16h30, the data of the bar ''in process'' will be changing depending on the change of the price.

Now on the 5mn chart, the overlay function will bring the data from the 30mn chart to the 5mn chart.
Every 5mn we have a new bar.
Let say that we start a new bar at 16h20, Between 16h20 and 16h25 our chart will get fluctuations of the last 5mn bar... wrong.
Because of overlay 30mn, we will get fluctuation from 16h. The bar starting at 16h, 16h05, 16h10, 16h15, and 16h20 (5 last bars).

Exemple : if we overlay a MACD 30mn, We can have between 1 bar to 6 bars of modification on the 5mn chart.
If the MACD is ''turning red'' at 16h12, you have a red for 16h bar, 16h05 bar, 16h10 bar : 3 bars.
Suddenly, at 16h27 you can have all your 16h bar, 16h05 bar, 16h10 .... 16h25 bar blue !

How can we avoid to get change on the historical bars of the 5mn chart ?

How to permit only the variation of information on the current 5 min bar, and allow no modification beyond the last 5 minutes.

I would like to conserve the fact that at 16h the MACD 30mn was blue, at 16h05 also, but at 16h10 it was red, and again blue at 16h25.

I tried with Speadsheet and C++, but not yet successful .

We need a simple example demonstrating the problem and then we need you to post an image of the chart or charts by following these instructions:

We also need to know what studies you are using.

We suspect you are using the Study/Price Overlay study. Here is the documentation for it:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s118

Before further time is spent on either side with this, we recommend reviewing the documentation. If the study does not meet your requirements, then we do not see what more help we can provide.
