Good morning, I am having some trouble with the data in my DOM. I haven't changed anything (at least I don't think I did) to do with my DOM setup but it is no longer showing me the "recent bid ask volume". I also tried changing the max bid/ask pulling/stacking depth values and it doesn't seem to do anything. I followed all the troubleshooting info I could find in the forum. I have attached a couple pictures to show what I am talking about. Thanks, Brant R |

Make sure you have the correct columns displayed. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific) If you still have an issue after ensuring that you have the correct columns, then we need to know which columns you are having an issue with and where they are located in the image. Is this during a replay, or is this with live data? Also, we see that you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". What exactly is that symbol set to (we can not see it all)? And do you have the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" set to "Yes" or "No"? Oh and that is live, not a replay. It doesn't work in replay either though.

I figured it out. I removed the bid size/buy column and ask size/sell column the other day because I found the bid/ask size values to be distracting and not adding value to what I am doing. I replaced them with the plain Jane buy/ask columns to get rid of the distraction. Apparently the recent bid/ask columns don't work unless there are values in the bid/ask size columns. I was unaware of this and don't recall seeing it in the documentation. It is very possible that I just missed it.

To be quite honest, I did not know that was the case either. But, in repeating what you did, we do see that you do not get any Recent volumes without having the main Bid/Ask market depth data displayed.

Interesting. I was trying to find a way to match the text color to the background color in the bid/buy and ask/sell columns and can't figure it out. Is that possible?
