I upgraded today from 2448 to 2642. I have 1 master a/c and 2 other a/c that I advise.

With both versions, when I bring up the settings window (Ctrl + Shift + T), the window shows all 3 a/c for me to choose from. This is good.

With v 2448, the correct a/c value is displayed for all 3 a/c (which over one is chosen). With v 2642, correct a/c value is shown for the master a/c, but for the other 2 a/c, a very long string of numbers is shown which is incorrect.

Depending on a/c chosen, both SC versions sends order to correct a/c to TWS. The problem is only with the study showing incorrect a/c balance for advised a/c(s).

Rolling back to v 2448 for now. Please advise when fixed.

We will not be spending any time on this. This is nothing more than further absurd Interactive Brokers problems.

But we are concerned about this:

a very long string of numbers is shown which is incorrect.

Provide a screenshot of what you are seeing.

We probably should remove the account balance data altogether and we are seriously considering doing that. Definitely put no reliance whatsoever on interactive brokers account balance data from Sierra Chart. You are not going to get it. We are not going to put up with all of these endless problems after problems after problems from them.

>a very long string of numbers
Same as what we see in "simulation mode" with the study. Screenshot shows partial. It is endlessly long number

> Definitely put no reliance whatsoever on interactive brokers account balance data from Sierra Chart
Works fine. I have been using it for a few months now and it is very helpful and correct

>We will not be spending any time on this
yet this study works perfectly in v2448. You are basically saying you will not fix regressions

I get it. You guys don't want to deal with IBKR. But some of us have to use IBKR. Push comes to shove, I, and many others would very reluctantly have to choose IBKR because we need to use them. Perhaps it will not come to that and you guys will fix it. If not, I suppose I will hang on to v2448 till some other changes introduced to SC makes that version stop working. Again, I do hope it will not come to that

Where do you see this exactly?:
Same as what we see in "simulation mode" with the study. Screenshot shows partial. It is endlessly long number
We need more of a context.

We are also going to remove in the next release all Interactive Brokers account balance data. This matter is final. We are going to have nothing further to do with this or any questions. This matter is now completely closed and we will not answer any further questions from anyone about this. You can use another program. We do not care.

Or continue to use an older version. That is up to you. We are not going to support this account balance data from interactive brokers any longer.

Thank you for the great customer service

I see it pointless to provide any further details as you have stated you are not going to do anything about IBKR related regressions in SC

Yes we do not want any further details. This is not our issue and never was. We are not going to be faulted for this interactive brokers nonsense.

Yet, it works in SC v2448 and doesn't in v2642. This one is your regression
