Impulse MACD code contribution?

Recently I coded up the Impulse MACD as written by LazyBear for TradingView. Another person duplicated it for Thinkorswim. My results exactly match the results for both those platforms. I am wondering if you would like me to contribute the code and DLL? I also have a study to highlight the price bars when the MACD line is flat at zero. Thanks, Mike

Please see attached. My c++ is limited so you may have more efficient ways of doing things. Feel free to modify at will. Mike

Hello TriStar,
Thank you very much for your indicator development! I've been looking for the Impulse MACD for Sierra Chart for a while now.
If you don't mind, could you share the DLL with me, while I wait for it to be officially integrated into SC?

Many thanks in advance!

Sure. Please see attached. I live in MN and so of course I'm a hockey fan. The SG colors are the palette of the MN Wild. In case you're wondering where that goofiness came from. :)

Thanks for the details on the colours :)
The file is marked "private file" but I can't get it? Otherwise, I've sent a contact request in a private message. Thanks again.

I selected to make this file upload public. Maybe that will do it. Else we will keep working it until we get it.

Hi Sierra Chart Support,

Were you able to add this impulse MACD to Sierra Chart studies?

Thanks

This was added. You can find it in Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study >> Sierra Chart Custom Studies.

The name of the study in that section is "TST Impulse MACD v1".

I would use the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study. I believe the MACD Line you will want to reference is Subgraph 3. Your formula would be "=IDX.SG3 = 0" where X is equal to the study number of the TST Impulse MACD v1 study. Try that.
