Dear SC Support, I need real time charting for the NYSE Composite Index. Would this be available if I subscribe to your Nasdaq TotalView or US Equities Consolidated Tape? If not, then which symbol within your Market Stats would closely resemble this Index? Thank you.

Hi User732740, if you are writing about the NYSE COMPOSITE (^NYA) instrument, we don't have access to the instrument at this time. It is an NYSE Cash Index and so not a part of Nasdaq TotalView or US Equities Consolidated Tape. We will shortly be adding the Cash Index ^SPX, ^OEX and ^VIX from the CBOE CGIF Feed, in order to answer your question "which symbol within your Market Stats would closely resemble this Index" could you tell us which instruments you are trading? There will be no historical data initially for any of the CBOE global indices. None. It will start as of June 1. We simply will not have the history and we are not going to be making any effort to add it because we do not think we can.
