Ability to change to more reliable servers for a asia (Taiwan) connection?

I remember a long time ago i was having sporatic data connection issues with asia. At that time it was suggested i change servers to something closer to my locations. I can't seem to find those related setitings, not sure if its been removed or i'm mis remembering. I'm currently using the All Services for forex / cfd data. along with delayed futures data, but that's not as important.
