I am working on ESM24. I was previously able to go back at least 90 days for historical level 2 data by loading the past contracts and using "download depth data from date-time". I am able to download the last week by "download depth data from date-time". I have tried "delete and download data". I have tried making a new chartbook, re-downloading Sierra, deleting old chartbooks, etc. I have checked that my days to load would cover, and dates to load would allow for me to use the specific date I was looking at. I have my maximum market depth data days to load is set to 100. I haven't changed my package in the last 4 months and it only started being an issue this week. |
