Market depth is not updating by itself during replay mode

Hi there, I have an issue with the market depth replay. Issue: The market depth window seems not to be updating by itself during replay mode. It will only be updated when I interact (e.g. click/scroll/hover) with the columns in the market depth window. (No such a problem during live, the market depth updates by itself when live) During replaying, I have: 1. Right click the chart (at the particular date-time) and click "Download Depth Data from Date-Time" 2. Check the message log to ensure the market depth has been downloaded After the above procedures, the aforementioned issue occurred. From my memory, this issue seems to occur after version 26XX. |

We are not fully understanding the situation you are describing. To start with, if the Market Depth data has not been saved, or previously downloaded, for the time being replayed, then it will not be present during the replay. If you start a replay and then select the option to "Download Depth Data from Date-Time" then the data is going to be downloaded, but are not sure exactly how this is going to show up during the replay. We wonder if this is what you are seeing - you are getting some information as the data is being downloaded during a replay. We recommend getting the data downloaded prior to running the replay. Using the Market Depth Historical Graph you will be able to view where you do and do not have the market depth data. Hi John, To start with, if the Market Depth data has not been saved, or previously downloaded, for the time being replayed, then it will not be present during the replay.
I downloaded the market depth data before replaying. In short, the value is not shown when replaying unless I interact with the columns inside the market depth window. Please see the attached screenshots.BeforeInteracting.png shows the market depth window before I interact with the columns. AfterInteracting.png shows the market depth window after I interact with the columns. It is expected that the value in the window to be updating automatically same as live instead of requiring any interaction. We wonder if this is what you are seeing - you are getting some information as the data is being downloaded during a replay.
Not sure. If the data has finished downloading, the values are expected to be shown without interaction. However, it is not the case.Using the Market Depth Historical Graph you will be able to view where you do and do not have the market depth data.
As per your suggestion, I could add the Market Depth Historical Graph study but I have no Advance Feature purchased (Step 1 on the instructions).Market Depth Historical Graph: Step by Step Instructions |

Yes, only happen during replaying, works fine during live.
