Hello dear SC,

Please help, how do I display the Value Area using Numbers Bars exactly like the Volume Profile does?
Much appreciated!

Actually, I've found "Volume Value Area for Bars"
Is it possible to extend the "transparent rectangle" until future intersection somehow? Or make more visible the bottom and the upper borders of that transparent area?
Please see attached.

Thank you!

Found out how to color the filled areas, using "slope" but still can't find how to extend those areas until future intersection.

There is a trick to getting extension lines that will extend until future intersection with a price bar.

To do this, add the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" study to the chart. Set the following items on the study:
- Based On: Main Price Graph
- Output When Condition True: Study Subgraph Reference
- Study Subgraph Reference Value When True: Set this to the study for which you want to extend the lines (in this case, it will be the Value Area Lines for Bars and either the VAH or the VAL subgraph.
- Draw Extension Lines at Color Bar Value: Select the option you want.
- Alert Condition: =1

This will draw an extension line as you want it for one of the subgraphs. To do both the VAH and VAL, you would need a second copy of the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition.

There is not a way to draw/extend the filled rectangle as you have it in your chart. It will just be lines.

This shows the coloring using 2 studies of "Volume Value Area for Bars". One for the lines and second for coloring

Sorry, my bad!
It wasn't a question, just wanted to show that I've managed to add the lines and the coloring (without the lines extension)
Thanks
