SIERRA CHART DOM/Chart DOM places market order even to price have not been in those zones

My Production DOM or Chart is taking order abruptly when click on the DOM (Buy or Sell) Though I place limit order Chart and DOM opens a position where price is not even been in that zone during taking the position.
It is scary trade live.
My Demo trade though work perfectly fine.

PLEASE tell me the solution or fix this BUG. It is not acceptable.

The problem is you are receiving delayed data and doing live trading. Activate the Exchange or Exchanges that you need here:

https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

This will go into effect within a few minutes after activation.

Though I made the payment but I dint realise that I need to manually go and click on activation .
My second question was that why I do see "delayed" heading in my DOM or Chart.

We can not say for certain, but most likely it is just due to the amount of information you have in the Chart Header. There is an entry for "Data Delay" that is prefaced by DD: in the header itself. You may want to adjust where that is located in the header so you can see it better. Refer to the following:
