'MD5 for File Does Not Match' When Updating to Latest Version

Dear Sierra Chart Team,

I'm currently facing an issue where I received the 'MD5 For File Does Not Match' error in my installer. This is my 3rd attempt trying to update my client and still receiving the same error. May I know how can I fix this? Let me know if you need further details from me.

We are checking on why this error might be occurring.

For now use the zip installer:

We have updated our installer to provide more information about why this might be happening. Try again the standard method of updating and if there still is a problem we will need to get the log:
