Hello. I recently paid for monthly EUREX data with the expectation that I would be able to trade EUREX products. However, it appears that Teton doesn't offer EUREX trading. How may I obtain a refund? (...and why would you offer EUREX data to Teton users if they can't send orders with it?) Thanks. |

We can not give refunds for exchanges. Those funds go to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. Our Teton Order Routing Service only works with the CME Group, which is stated on our documentation for the service. But you can still use Sierra Chart to trade EUREX by connecting to a broker that uses CQG or Rithmic for the order routing and then installing a second Sierra Chart to trade with that service. Depending on the broker you are using for your Teton Order Routing, you may be able to do this with them. install a second Sierra Chart
If my install is c:\sierrachart and I want a new install, can't I just copy the original one to c:\sierrachart2 instead of coping the settings by hand from "c:\sierrachart" ? Thanks |
