Curious, Why does this happen? This candle high is lower than the next two bars even though they have all the same price high? Thanks.

Most likely if you see the same value but the location is different, then the Value Format for the chart is probably not set correctly. So the bar is positioned as it should be for the actual price, but you are not able to view the full price due to the value format limiting what you see.
