Account balance not updating

I added funds to my Ironbeam account but the balance is still $102.78. My balance on the Ironbeam website shows the funds have been received but my SierraCharts DOM is not updating it. What could be the issue?

I also tried to trade and it said insufficient funds for margin requirement. I've traded many times in the past, Trading is enabled on clearing firm side, correct account number is displayed etc.

If you are using Teton order routing, the balance will update overnight from data from the clearing firm.

Also update Sierra Chart to the current version:

Updating is unrelated to this but you are running an older version.
